Hello support,
my strategy runs well locally; even after uploading it and testing it on your server, it shows "executed", but when i click on the restart button, it shows "not running".
please restart for me.

We're currently having some issues with requests to the historical data on the remote server. We will fix the issue and restart all strategies in the contest. Should be fixed later today.

My strategy runs well locally. 2013 02 08 I click on the restart button, but it still shows the "Processing..." and not open orders.

I already week as I can not restart strategy, as there is no button "restart", and shows that the restart in the "processing". Support to my request to restart the strategy does not respond at all.

I still have to restart my strategy every 2 days now. I lose all internal accumulators and variables on every restart...my strategy is useless like this.

I have to watch my contest strategy constantly as it stops often due to insufficient resources.
It is easy to restart but I lost several days because I didn't realise it was stopped ...
Dukas needs to apply more resources to the contest environment.
