Its seems to be fake contest, as you do not get the prize as announced. I had won a 10th position in Sep. and Oct. 2012, but did not get anything despite repeated calls/e. mails to the concerned.

The last bonus was paid to you in July month. You've a live account and there is an account manager who is linked to your account. I guess you should know his name. You should normally refer to your account manager with all additional questions and requests.

It's not a fake contest Yorksh and you got paid before then how can you say that. And for your account manager if he's not replying then you can send an email regerding the change of account manager. Dukascopy is a very great website that's giving us the oppurtunity to learn and earn.
You can try to change your Account manager first and then you can ask for the Deposit.
My very own account manager is Rihards Struka and he's a very good account manager.
You can move to him by asking support for it.
