Hi Support,

My strategy has stopped and there is no possibility of its run. Could you run it.

Strategy Log:

Seems that mine stopped too (although it says "Running").
Same issue as previous month:

My strategy also says running, however it is not. All this week my strategy is stopped. Please restart it.

Support reset the state of the strategy to "Not Running" so I could restart it. Runs now. Thanks.

I don't think so. In strategy log I see many errors like this: "16.11.2012 02:29:47 Strategy thread queue overloaded with tasks. Ticks in queue - 2, bars - 4473, other tasks "

be_patient. Your strategy is running. But you have some coding issues in your strategy. Did you change your strategy over the last month? Do you do any requests to historical data feed? Something is blocking the threads in the code of the strategy.

your strategy is running ok on the remote server.

If it's not opening any new positions, then its probably happening due to other reasons.

It's too late right now. My strategy works prefectly on my computer but it didn't do anything during the contest. Lots of participants are having the same problem, better look into the contest's platform issue.
