Strategy stopping

Hi Support,

my startegy continuously running on demo platform BUT on the strategy contest platform after 1 trade is the last 3 month (pls. check Dezember, Januas, Februar) ALWAYS stops (NOT RUNNING)!? :twisted:

Please help me,

Log in using your contest account to "JForex Demo" platform:
https://www.dukascopy.com/swiss/english/ ... emo_login/

After you get in, check under "Portfolio" menu - there is "Strategy Log" and check what is inside.

mine also stopped, the log says:

09.02.2012 11:20:48 Strategy is terminated by Touch timeout : 900 seconds
09.02.2012 11:05:29 Stopping strategy at 2012-02-09 10:05:29.232 GMT on the local computer
09.02.2012 11:05:29 Strategy is terminated by Max overload period exceeded : 60 seconds

...trying to reach the support for a restart

Hi,

simply use the "Restart" button.....
