I've my own strategy based on ADX and MACD Indicators, but i dont know how to make these indicators run Automatically as I've 0 experience in Java..
Can I request API Support to make a automatic Strategy based on this ..

And..!

If so, can I use that Strategy on Strategy contest, will the rules permit ...

Please Let Me Know..!

API Support will not help you to build your code. However, you can take help from https://www.dukascopy.com/wiki/

There are complete manual and indicator class, you simply need to put the class based on your strategy and it's running. Another way, you can use Eclipse to create strategy, it will guide you as well. I hope, my advise will help you to build your own strategy and looking further to see you in contest.

Yes! I think there is a Strategy Requests section where Dukascopy would make strategy for you.

Wish I knew about this a month before :P
