i don't understand why my strategy platform doesn't work because he keeps my all time is only running mode view

It is because the Strategy contest allows your strategy to open trades only from Dukascopy server. You can log in with your user/password, but you can use it only in view mode (meaning you can not open/close trades from your PC into your Strategy Contest account).
You can open an account in the manual traders contest. That wont run in view mode.
