Post subject:  Unable To Connect : Strategy Processor / Unable To Connect Manually

I am unable to Connect to the Strategy Processor for 2 days now, albeit I have tried solidly.

Manual connection offers an Java Certificate Error. I updated Java and it now tells me that Java is out-of-date. I have repeated this exercise twice.

1. Given that I should be able to connect automatically at some stage, does the facility run over a weekend - sorry for the silly question ?

2. Also, is the inability to connect due to congestion ? I.E. Is this problem more prevalent over month end period ?

Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated.
