It happends to someone every month and now it's my turn. My strategy was performing well before and after the reset but as of this writting i can see it hasn't opened at least 4 (or more) orders.
Anyone too experiencing this right now?

Hello Support,
I have a similar trouble: the strategy (that worked correctly for severel months) now is running on web page and on JForex, but it has a trouble in Jforex, because the platform doesn't close an opened order. When I opened the Jforex platform in the "Workspace" box there are many questions marks ? Even if the timer runs, the strategy is not running in Jforex.

I have the same problem, the strategy shows active work, but no execution orders. Please support me stop strategy so I am able to activate, thanks.

I'm having the same problems like everyone else, it seems that my strategy doesn't run anymore.
And I see there are multiple bugs on the contest like: multiple orders for some traders, orders which are closed manually etc etc
And also on my personal page the statistic are wrong

Same here.
During latests test I noticed that when I used contest.getEquity() function to calculate size of an order then strategy did not opened orders and when I changed it to fix amount then everyting was ok.

Hi,
I had similar problems with my strategy. It was not closing orders at fixed TP of 80 pips and SL of 20 pips. Instead it closed one trade at -243 pips and wiped out most of the equity. After this trade, the strategy is running but no new trades are being executed.

The same problem. My balance dropped to -5 mio and no executed order for it.

The issue is now has been solved. As per our investigation, there were around 30 strategies that have stuck. We have restarted all of them. If you still consider that the strategy does not work, please send us your feedback.
