Dear Support
I have sent the following message to the contest support and it's been more than 6 days since I asked them but I am still waiting for the reply.
My Duakascopy points have been deducted and on the last day I was at 9th Rank with 79 dukascopy points and then 35 points for Strategy have been deducted.
I have made and used a brand new strategy but then again my points have been cut.
Can you please look into matter.
Here's the text copied from my mail which I sent to the Support.

"Dear support
As I have just saw the result of the strategy contest I see myself at 17th rank with only 44 Dukascopy points.
I want to ask that why my Dukascopy points have been deducted.
And I have made and uploaded a new strategy which works on my very own idea.
Please re look at my performance and provide me a rightful place.
Thanks "

This time it's been very long in getting any response from support and my Manager too...
I am waiting for too weeks
where are you support at least reply to the posts and mail we sent you :?:
