i have same problem. it ran for two days and now it says running but had already missed two trades

Same here. My strategy says "Active" and "Not Running", without any explanation. I wonder how many strategies are frozen right now... I might need to go back to Metatrader....

Dukascopy: What is going on???? My Strategy was supposed to make a SHORT on USDCHF at 6am today!!!
I should have made +78 pips today!!! What is going on??????????????????????????
Does that happen with LIVE ACCOUNTS also!!!! Come on!!! Fix this ASAP!!!

My strategy started at the beginning of the month and executed one trade. Since some time it says "not running". Within the jforex contest platform when looking to the "trade log" it just shows the dukascopy platform. Maybe a workaround could be to upload the same version again?

Same problem ! 3 trades and then the strategy is "executed" ! No more running. It is very disappointing…

now the status shows not running. even after loading the same file again in a new version tab.
Even the strategy log is not working. When you click the log it takes you to home page of dukas.
hope this will resolved soon.

Finally yesterday I've got an answer. They told that they are aware of the technical issue. So probably there's nothing we can do - just wait.

I think it's working now. Just uploaded the same file as new version and selected it as active.

For the moment you can upload the strategy up to 10 times. However, we recommend to use this option only to correct your bugs. In future we will change the amount of allowed updates up to 1.
