Strategy Contest Remote Run

Hello Support,

I launch today my strategy for December contest, and when i try to Run in Remote Mode, give and error that i have "no slot, contact support".

Is it possible running the strategy in "remote run" in December contest or not?
If yes, what i must do, because in november everything is ok.
