Best API server for JForex trading

Post subject:  Best API server for JForex trading
When I start JForex in my office I get this message in the JForex logs. I have 70 ms to the best api url.

Time is just 7 ms.

After JForex is started all prices and volumes look the same.
Is there any advantage starting JForex at NY4?
