PIN not enabled on login window

Hi,

Dukascopy experienced some login issues last Friday and since, I have not been able to login on the jforex platform on my Mac. I get 'Authentication failed (801)'. There is no tickbox to enable the PIN and neither does the login process prompt me to input my PIN. As a result authentication fails.

My password and PIN work fine to log in to the Jforex Web 3 platform.

Other than uninstalling and doing a clean install of the platform, what else can I do? Is this a bug?

Could you provide logs?

Information how to find and open java control panel on Mac: https://java.com/en/download/help/mac_controlpanel.xml
Advanced > Java console, select "Show console".

Then you need to restart platform and copy all information from console after unsuccessful authentication.
