Hi,

I am using 2 types of internet connection - cell phone and corporate satellite. Depend on availability.

Through cell phone (Laptop through Wi-Fi to cell phone) I have no problem.

Through satellite I'm passing Authenticating and get stuck on connecting.
Same time I'm able to open web pages and run MT4 and cTrader.

Please help.

Hello,

Demo or Live environment?
Could you provide connection log?

Demo account.

unable to get a log file. i've ticked "show console" in Java control panel and nothing popped up. Can you pls advise?

Looks like there is a problem with your internet speed. For 10 seconds, the server connection is not established and system throws connection timeout.

What can I do to make platform running?

The MT 4 and cTrader running OK together .
Web pages open not very slow.

Any solution for me?

Measure your internet speed and post screenshot with results. It will give additional useful information.

There are 2 different web sites with speed test and MT4 and cTrader platforms showing connection in the right bottom corner.
