I just want to ask how to start jforex from java cached.

Every time I launch Jforex platform from jforex_3.jnlp, java would download about 35 Mb of data even there is no new version of jforex.
Is there any way so that I could launch jforex from my local storage instead of downloading from dukascopy server ?
