Update to the latest 3.1.0 version of JForex 3

Hi, many thanks for helping out!

I will consider to upgrade. For now, is there any way to catch this exception?

No. The exception is thrown before the strategy gets started.

It would be great if there was an option to listen for "Tester-Exceptions".
