When linking a chart widget and a combined or instant order widget, the instrument will change in all widgets when changed from chart, but the chart will not change when the instrument is selected from instant order widget (or any other widget).

Its possible to customize it under linkage settings. You need to enable "Incoming". Instrument will change in Chart widget if changed somewhere else then.
