ADX period 1

Good Day,

Am I alone or there's no way to set the ADX with a period of 1 ?

PlusDI and MinusDI are perfectly fine with a period of 1 but I can't get the ADX below period 2.

Time period cannot be less than 2, as both +DM and -DM are calculated of the previous period.

FYI, period 1 is working perfectly fine on MT4 platform for all 3 lines (ADX and +/-DM) ... hence my question!
