hi,
i have a problem with the platform,
after some week of use it says that "platform cannot be initialized"
i tried followings but didn't work :
1- update,
2- uninstall and reinstall of platform ,
3-clear java cached files,

could you please help with this issue?

its the third time that this problem occurred , reinstalling the platform fixed the previous ones but it doesnt work this time :(

Please send the log files to [email protected]
You can find them in the "logs" folder in the place where you installed JForex.

hi again :)

i found the problem,
after installing the jforex it tries to update to get new version, but there was a corrupted file and it didnt let the platform to retry downloading,
i deleted that file manually and it fixed and now working,
