order close REJECTED - 1 second delay

Does this mean that there must be a 1 second delay between:

1. trying to close THAT order?; or
2. trying to close ANY order?

also, what does

"Order already being processed by the system."

mean?

I have many orders that I cannot delete from the JForex client (demo) and I get this message with them

They were created by my standalone java app running in debug mode in IntelliJ IDEA using the JForexUtils library
