1. At which stage of this "Market Order States Diagram" does platform generate "Order ACCEPTED:" message in the strategy log?

2. Does the platform generate a message in the strategy log for "ORDER_SUBMIT_REJECTED"? What is the message?
3. How one can find a reason for the "ORDER_SUBMIT_REJECTED"?
