I've been trying to find a way to hide analysis on smaller TF's like the 15m when moving the bigger time frames like the Weekly.
If you draw a bunch of trendlines on 15m when you zoom out to the weekly, the Candles are not clearly visible. I contacted support about this and they said there was no way to do this within JForex. Can a program be created to allow this function?

This is possible in Jforex4. Check the neccessary TFs under each indicator in Properties.
