A new release was deployed yesterday, could you please clear your browser's cookies and try again ?
If the issue is still happening, please send us a screenshot. Are you using the community user name "bradrtony" ?

Amine, if possible pls your advice to this:
- my Visual Jforex is linked with my live account
- like to run VJforex strategy on demo account
- but unable to get that strategy into demo platform

Hi, I've just made the test and I managed to connect to the strategy processor using your Demo account credentials. I'm using Java 1.8.0_101-b13 and it works fine. Could you please activate Java console and send me the logs ? https://www.java.com/en/download/help/javaconsole.xmlCheers

So I did activate Java console through Java control panel (thanks for the link), but how to send you logs, or even find them?
Well, pls keep in mind, typical end user! Anyway still need to connect my DEMO account with JForex.

Hi,
When you download the strategy processor and you open it, there should be another log window that will be automatically opened. Please try to login and keep this log window opened then copy paste its content and send it.
