JFrox Visual can't connect to processor

Post subject:  JFrox Visual can't connect to processor

I was trying to test my strategy backtesting with JForex Visual,
When I clicked "run strategy", it tried to connect to processor but after a while it said
"Unable to Connect"
Connection to strategy processor was not established, etc etc and ask me to download the file.

After I download the file, I use my trading account login credential, it will prompt invalid username and password.
So what's the correct username and password I should use to login?

appreciate any help.
