hi:

1、隔夜利息是每个position单独计算还是汇总相互抵消后来计算啊？
2、如果同一个Instrument的多头和空头订单，尺寸也是一样，能相互抵消，如果不merge，会产生隔夜利息吗？merge后还会产生隔夜利息吗？
