HI!
JForex: 4.0.18
JForex API: 4.0.13
OS: macos 12.2

Plugins are not shown inside navigator tab in JForex4 terminal app after shutdown/run cycle.

Reproducing:
1. Add plugin packed as Jar into default plugins directory;
2. Start JForex4 terminal;
3. Inside navigator tab choose: plugins -> custom -> open plugin; open previously added plugin;
4. Check that plugin loaded;
5. (Optional) compile to jfx;
6. Shutdown JForex4 terminal;
7. Run JForex4 terminal;
8. Navigator -> plugins -> custom would be empty;

Expected:
Previously added custom plugins from default plugins directory must be auto loaded after shutdown/run cycle.
