Please remove the folder "JForex/libs/demo/3.6.9" and "JForex/libs/live/3.6.9" manually and restart the platform. These folders will be recreated and platform files downloaded again.

I found Jforex directory \Users\lifon\AppData\Local\JForex.

But there is no libs directory and no one "3.6.9" directory.

In lifon subdirectory are some subdirectories and some dlls and jars.

Support please help.

If you launch the platform using the webstart method (the .jnlp file), please clean Java cache.
Control panel / Java / General / Temporary internet files / Settings / Delete files.
