The client library fail to connect, with an error of handshake_failure.
The problem present since last week.
Please clarify what did you change on the server side.

There is a high probability what this problem is related to compatibility between your java and jvm version. First try to reinstall jdk and jre. If this doesn't help - let us know

We've increased the strength of our SSL ciphers.

Try to login again. We made some changes on server side, this should solve problem.
