Dear API support,

My client app can't connect to trading server since 2018-08-12.

It has been working for the last three weeks. Just want to check if there is anything wrong with API on the server side.


Error message:
Incorrect username or password


I can login to JForex platform manually without any problem.

I already issued support ticket. Haven't received any meaningful updates yet.

Hello,

It really looks like incorrect login credentials problem. Check again login and password, if everything is ok, but problem still present - provide full log + your account name. You can send it to [email protected].
