Today I've got very strange behavior on LIVE system - BUY order was closed on STOP LOSS roughly 4 pips lower than was specified. Here are the lines from Messages log 2018-04-11 09:23:55 Order #432175252 FILLED at 132.21 (#432175252 STOP LOSS SELL xx mil. EUR/JPY @ MKT IF BID <= 132.254 EXPIRES: GTC) - Position #99280082 2018-04-11 09:10:39 SYSTEM_UNAVAILABLE 2018-04-11 09:09:31 Order #432175249 FILLED at 132.34 (#432175249 STOP LOSS SELL xx mil. EUR/JPY @ MKT IF BID <= 132.34 EXPIRES: GTC) - Position #99280081 (Time is in WET zone) Note that the first line says "FILLED at 132.21" wheres SL is specified as "BID <= 132.254". Price was at 132.254 at some time between 09:10:39 and 09:23:55. So the question is - do these symptoms say that LIVE servers where down for 13 minutes and were not processing LIMIT orders? Or there can be some other reason? |
