Unable to Export remote strategy log

Dear Support Team,

I cannot export remote Strategy log. When I click "Export" button I see the browser is trying to reach the address below but the browser receives signal 500 only and nothing happens.

I have 600 pages of log, it is far from effective to review it page by page in the browser.

Would be grateful for hint how to download the logs or a fix.

Hello.

Please try it in another browser.
Other option open Strategies window (View->Strategies), right click -> Strategy Log.
That will open alternative instance of logs.
