DataCacheException/Overload Issues

I am having issues that are beyond my skill level and appealing to anyone more knowledgeable to assist. I don't know if its a bug or bad coding on my part.
The attached strategy will run locally but fails sometimes. Remotely, I keep getting the following errors.

If I disable the candle function, the strategy starts remotely but fails with 
Strategy is going to be stopped - Max overload period exceeded: 60 seconds.


Please assist.

This happened on remote because the strategy was executing for too long.
Local run might be more suitable for analyzing big data.
