In global mode when an order is filled, it disappear permanently?
How to tell what happened with a given order?

Use case:

-Place limit order (with api)
-Close the standalone program
-The order filled
-Start the standalone program
-getordershistory does not return with the opening order, how to tell what happened?

Where is the Report/Trade Log (dukas website) detail level in the standalone api?

What to do if the standalone program crash and have to restart. How to resync the orders?
