The issue is already in the subject of this report — and it is very annoying. It goes back to mid-April as far as I remember.
The workaround is to use old jnlp files if one has in a backup.
The new ones call <https://dukascopy-eu.cdn.online-trading-solutions.com>. The old ones call <https://eu-live.dukascopy.com>. Keep this site, please, as far as what you provided on your Web site does not work !!

Post subject: Re: Logging into JForex using the jnlp files from the Dukascopy-EU site : looks impossible
The issue has been fixed. I should have let the Suport to answer, but with the major update of the JForex, I guess that I may to forward to the forum the fix :
1 - "Open Java security settings and add https://platform.dukascopy.com/ in Exception Site List and proceed with webstart." 2 - Or, "Install & launch the standalone platform".
Both worked for me. The new standalone platform is a major upgrade. Congratulations.
