Dear Support,
Although we are in touch by mail, I post the description of what for me is a major failure of the remote mode.
Simple : history provides only a limited number of bars. At the last trail, there were 61 bars out of 500 requested (15 min period).
As a consequence, nothing can be computed reliably.
Only LIVE Remote mode is concerned. Local mode and DEMO Remote mode are ok.
The failure is here since the morning of Monday, June 15. We had several males exchanged on the subject.
For me, it's a downtime of the remote server.
We are on Friday, June 19, 18h CET, it's still the same. It does not make a nice statistcis.

The strategy log shows that a JFException is thrown as follows:
