Is this simply an overly loaded Live Remote Server ?

By the way, after a couple of failures, the Remote Strategy
is now running... So all is OK but there are some reliability
issues.

That kind of message can be shown if your strategy has too big CPU usage.

In this case it probably wouldn't be CPU usage, but it does subscribe
to a large number of Currency Pair Instruments.
