When an order like PLACE_BID or PLACE_OFFER with a goodTillTime expires i dont get a message like ORDER_FILL_REJECTED on demo.

Probably this is because i am working on DEMO but i am wondering if this is a bug.

You should receive ORDER_CLOSE_OK message and the order state should be CANCELLED. We have updated the conditional order state diagrams accordingly, see:
