JStore - unable to deactivate older version of a product.

Hello Support,

I have a product in JStore which now has two versions – 1.0 and 1.1. I would like to deactivate permission for 1.0 by changing validity period or remove completely version 1.0.

However the ‘Validity period’ is greyed out so I cannot deactivate version 1.0.

When I click remove for version 1.0, I am asked if I am sure. I confirm however nothing happens, the version is still on the list.

So the result is that the product is listed twice on JStore board but actually refers to the same newest version.
