Hi,
I have a problem with a remote run on a demo account. It should have moved the stop loss, but it seems like this strategy is frozen, although it seems like running remotely in the workspace.
Could you please check the following process if it is running now and if it was running on 2013-11-10 when the market opened? Process ID : c19ea95a-f39a-4b3b-a3a3-336e5f6f62f8 Start Time : 08.11.2013 11:14:38 Stop Time : --- Stop Reason : --- Strategy Name : FirstStrategy4.jfx
Is it possible that you switched off remote run for demo accounts on the weekend ? Because on my live everything is good.

We had a technical issue. The problem has been fixed. All remote strategies were restarted.

The same remote running strategy, which you have restarted (see above) is - again - not working after this weekend when the markets opened. I can see this because an internal self programmed trailing stop loss is not moved when it should. There is no hint that this strategy is stopped in any way. This is very dangerous!
My urgent call Dukascopy: Please do your remote slot tests on separate BETA versions! Do not use the DEMO platform. We are testing here on DEMO and need a stable system as on LIVE. Otherwise demo testing is totally absurd.
By the way: Live version has no problem like this at the moment. The trailing stop loss was moved in this situation.
