After running into an 'Error while loading bars' on call

I decided to clear the cache and completely reload data on GBP/USD from 2008.01.01 to 2009.12.30.
This download now fails with the following error:

Trying to download any period after 2009.01.11 now fails...

In addition after the new download of 2008 the 'history.getBars(GBP/USD, TEN_SECS, ASK, ALL_FLATS, 6, Fri 2008.08.08 11:57:30.000, 0)' still runs into the same 'Error while loading bars'. Starting a new run from Mon 2008.08.11 works.

But as the 2009-downloads now completely fail this means I can't run any strategies for 2009 on GBP/USD at this time.

Any help to get this working again ASAP would be very much appreciated.
(I've got a backup of the datacache before it was cleared. Can I merge something from this backup as a workaround? Please advice.)

FYI - the download is since this morning finishing without errors again.
Could it be that the curves server error only occurs during weekends?

While the cache data loads without errors, I'm still having problems with the "Error while loading bars".

Example:
Quote:
history.getBars(GBP/USD, ONE_MIN, ASK, ALL_FLATS, 5, Thu 2009.01.01 22:01:00.000, 0)
returns an "Error while loading bars".

The error occurs on several days/times.
Any findings/workarounds that would help to avoid running into this error would be greatly appreciated.
