Dear API support, My client app can't connect to trading server since 2018-08-12. It has been working for the last three weeks. Just want to check if there is anything wrong with API on the server side. Error message: Incorrect username or password I can login to JForex platform manually without any problem. I already issued support ticket. Haven't received any meaningful updates yet. Thanks John |

Hello, It really looks like incorrect login credentials problem. Check again login and password, if everything is ok, but problem still present - provide full log + your account name. You can send it to [email protected]. |
