Can't open plugin from .java file

Original bug report topic is locked for some reason and last message is "API Support: We were unable to reproduce this".

Unfortunately this bug still present and i rechecked it in the version 3.2.19 (api 2.13.43), which is now available on DEMO.

Try these simple steps to reproduce:

1. Right Click on "Navigator: Plugins -> Custom", select "New Plugin" from context menu
2. Save generated initial file (using name provided by default - "MyPlugin.java") and close it immediately
3. Right Click on "Plugins -> Custom -> MyPlugin", select "Remove" - it should disappear from Navigator
4. Right Click on "Plugins -> Custom", select "Open Plugin", in "File Selection" dialog select "MyPlugin.java"

In my JForex 3 at these moment the only result is new "red line" appearing in "Messages" window - this looks like error with blank message.

Please run the JClient with open java console and post console output here.
Here is a descriptoin on how to enable the console: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/javaconsole.xml

Nothing is written into console while I try to open a plugin.

This has been fixed to show correct error message.
