Cant find strategy issue

Hi!
Can you please help me specify where is problem in this strategy?
When i test this strategy it doesn't open any pending orders.
I almost cut down half of the code and still no hints... :oops: :?

Visual JForex expert at Dukascopy

Hello.

While running the historical test, Visual JForex will highlight active block it red.
So following that sequence you will see where it breaks and what conditions are not met.
