Hey, I have been struggling to design the following EA

At 7:30 EST
It opens three buy pending orders
1# Buy stop order 20pips away, TP = 10pips SL = 20pips
2# Buy stop order 30pips away, TP = 10pips SL = 20pips
3# Buy stop order 40pips away, TP = 10pips SL = 20pips

It opens three sell pending orders
1# Sell stop order 20pips away, TP = 10pips SL = 20pips
2# Sell stop order 30pips away, TP = 10pips SL = 20pips
3# Sell stop order 40pips away, TP = 10pips SL = 20pips


Any help provided shall be greatly appreciated
