Hello Musashi22,

If the above issue pertains to your live account, then you should seek assistance from the Live Support or contact your account manager.

As for the indicators go, a majority of them require proper settings for the price applied, for example: close price, open price, high price, low price, median price, typical price or weighted close price. The setting of applied price will greatly affect the outcome of the indicators output. Also, calculation on a current candle that hasn't closed yet will fluctuate, unless recalculation on a new candle settings be used.

I realize it will fluctuate. I am using close price for both the indicator and the code shown in the above example. It does not make sense how the two outputs could be different prices.

I noticed that you have changed your initial post to "delete it". Did you found the reason behind the mismatching of the bollinger band numbers ? If not and considering your above reply that you are using the correct settings for applied price, then the next best thing to do is to contact [email protected] and let one of their experts assist you with this issue. Also, since your strategy was created on .JAVA, you may open a topic in the "Automated Trading" section of the forum.
