Can't Launch VisualJForex

Dear all,

When I'm trying to access the VJFX: https://www.dukascopy.com/vjforex/ but I have an error (In attachment a screen shot)
It's the second time that it's happens to me, I'm the onl one facing this issue or it's due some maintenance or problems with the platform?
