In 3 April 2007 there is an error in data which says the price is of EURJPY is 0. So all of sudden your equity drops to 0 as well. Is it correctable by me or Dukascopy?

Hi,
I've checked the specified data at the level of our servers it appears to be correct: on 03.04.2007 the EURJPY prices were quoting in the range of 158.840 and 157.340 Yen. This looks to be a local issue at your side. To make sure it is, you can force the platform to download fresh data from the server but doing the following (close any opened Dukascopy platform before): 1/ Locate the folder ".cache" that should be found in C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\JForex (AppData folder may be hidden) 2/ Find the folder EURJPY and delete it completely (you can also delete the entire cache file to download fresh data) 3/ Restart Jforex platform or Visual Jforex historical tester 4/ Check the EURJPY price and let us know if any inconsistency happened.
Cheers
