Hi,
I need some help regarding the Visual Jforex, I set up a EMA cross strategy, and although I did like in the following article from the contest, it opens minimum 4 orders simultaneously instead of 1 (8 in some occasions).
The article is the following: https://www.dukascopy.com/fxcomm/fx-art ... ad&id=1416

My setup is exactly the same as the article.

As well, it doesn't print the EMAs on the test charts.

Thanks in advance,

Hi!

The multiple positions are created because the strategy is checking your conditions every 10 seconds, why ? because there is no period filtration saying that you want to execute your conditions and indicators every hour. so the result is a check every minimum candle length which is 10 sec. I would suggest to add an IF block and filter the period as many others do (check some examples in this forum)

You need also to set the default period as "Hourly" and use it in your indicaotrs, you'll see then your 2 indicators displayed.
