Does BWMFI indicator work correctly in vJForex?
I can't get any values of this one while running a strategy in historical mode.

The indicator is working fine in both real time and back testing modes.
Can you please tell us more on this issue ?

I connected the BWMFI block after period and instrument filters and it didn't show any values.
Now I have noticed that if it's connected directly to 'On Candle' block it calculates all four variables, however values of them are different than I can see on JForex chart.
Please advise what is correct way of using it.

Hi, If you use this indicator with 0 shift value that means you're getting the current value of the histogram bar which is being built and switching from a color to another depending on the price movement. When tested in VJF (historical Tester) interface you can see the outputs getting values simultaneously as the bar is changing BUT if you use the shift 1 then you'll get the previous histogram bar which is completed and therefore your indicator will return one output (either green, blue, pink or brown bars) :

You didn't use period filter (only instrument) - what happens if it's placed before bwmfi block?
