Strategy opening too many positions

Hi.

I have problem with strategy opening two identical positions simultaniously. I have put in a block (IF open pos = 0 ), then open position.

Also I have trouble with historical candles. I have put in blocks that if close candle is less than EMA and next candle close is more than EMA then open position. And vice versa. However when i run the historical tester, then it will open orders even when conditions are not met.

So why is this happening?

Help Please.
